What are the best aspects of this product?
We get to record all of our sessions. We're slowly creating an internal training library for our staff according to the training/support sessions. This time around, our clients can swiftly and easily connect using any smart device, desktop PC/laptop (Linux and Windows), and Mac.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The admin area could use a fresh, modern UI upgrade. It doesn't seem to be intuitive in doing things. For instance, it's hard to add in a new user. It also appears as if the admin area is the only place that I'm facing problems within ConnectWise Control.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Right now, our customer service department is using ConnectWiseControl daily to link and help our clients utilize our web-based application, installing, and offer support for accounting package integrations. In addition, we're using it as our primary IT support for the current platform we're running.
