What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the greatest things with ConnectWise Manage is its versatile solution. It can address a majority of business functions in a single platform. While there's no such thing as a perfect tool, this end-to-end practice platform is one of the best for IT service firms.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their customer policies and support process is a nuisance. They seem to curb phone conversations. As a matter of fact, it seems like they don't want to interact with anyone. While it's understandable that they're dealing with a ton of calls, other competing companies are more approachable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Connectwise made it possible for us to deal with opportunities, orders, service tickets, and billing. It also did a lot for our customer documentation. Having that repeat process and taking on that ideal method are some of the biggest upsides we can get from our tools.
