What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the fact that you can keep everything organized in the system. If I'm in need of seeking an older ticket from several years back that contains essential data, I can simply do that without exertung any effort. There are different categories for organizing tickets and they range anywhere from summary description to ticket age.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't like how it would frequently go down. It appears as if there are server problems happening every few weeks. The server itself is hosted by Amazon. While Amazon is a dependable host, it would seem as if there are frequent problems that need addressing.

There's barely any confusion with on the status of every ticket. This time around, customers are receiving asistance more quickly. Tickets considered to be important are addressed right away. Meanwhile, tickets that aren't considered essential are noted and resolved on time.
