What are the best aspects of this product?
Features seen in Connectwise is nothing short of amazing. It's really great to work with. It has its complexities initially. Navigating all its windows takes a bit of adjustment. Its own Connectwise University is handy. I find its ticketing module to be an outstanding functionality.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There have been instances when "saving" my records wouldn't function as intended. All the data that I entered ended up not being saved. I was forced to key everything in again. Otherwise, the tool was far better than other third party sofware in the past.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Ticketing system was a major problem. This solution was that legit answer to that problem. This appears to be one of the most improved ticketing systems I've ever come across. It has so many features and I see a lot of potential going forward. ConnectWise lets you house passwords and from usernames of different companies.
