What are the best aspects of this product?

ConnectWise has been valuable in terms of managing the in-house workflow, projects, service tickets, and attendance. It's also a big help for the management of tasks such as task assignments and for sales activities. It's an all-in-one application that also improves work productivity.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user-design needs to improve and maybe they could make it a little user-friendly too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We usually use ConnectWise for onboarding of projects, managing activities of operations, project life cycle maintenance, sales management, and CRM.
