Perhaps, the most beneficial for me as a quality analyst is to be able to search within. I can quickly find what I'm looking for even with just a few details. Its integration with other tools is also a big plus!

It's taking its time with the maintenance. Customization options are somewhat limitless you can hardly know what's available you can almost assume that it can do what you want.

ConnectWise helps us to handle tickets quickly. I couldn't picture how my previous company processed the ticket flow before they had adopted it to mention that it has a large number of clients and several operational sections.
