What are the best aspects of this product?

We love its on-premise feature. We like how it's seamlessly running on our own server and how it's tied down to our very own SQL data. Keep in mind that on-premise can done as your own AWS instance. For those running a small or medium-sized Managed Service Providers, Connectwise is recommended since it's a complete system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The tool is originally based on the .NET medium. Because of this, it's beginning to unearth its age. The latest version happened to move on he latest .NET functionality set. What's more, it's working perfectly well with 365. So that's a good thing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's capable of handling everything. It can do time tracking, project management, reporting management, service biling, invoicing, and quoting. Our customers like having their invoice in one page and time details left on remaining pages behind it. We're making use of it for driving our own incentive-based pay model.
