What are the best aspects of this product?

ContactPigeon is an indispensable tool for someone like me who works solely on our company's email initiatives. It makes building, creating, and sending mailers a lot easier.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's really not much to complain about. I do, however, wish that the program can make it possible for us to save templated modules that we can drag and drop from one campaign to the next. At the moment, we've been copying and pasting codes for each content module that we want to reuse, but it would be nice to reduce the number of steps with templated modules.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ContactPigeon allows us to experiment and try out new ways to reach our target audience through digital marketing. Through it, my team and I have been exploring push notification campaigns, SMS marketing, and so much more. Our latest initiative includes adding push notifs to various landing pages - so far, we've seen positive conversions from this campaign.
