CONS: The robustness of ContactPigeon's features means that getting started takes a bit of effort and planning to get it going. You will need a well thought out visitor workflow - as all good campaigns need - with content and design that appeals. The good thing is that ContactPigeon has a team of experienced customer success consultants and designers who can help us execute many of the ideas.

PROS: We've been using ContactPigeon for over 2 years and have been extremely happy with it. It's exceptionally powerful yet easy to use tool for engaging online visitors and customers across their various stages of acquisition. The platform packs a ton of features such as dynamic popups, behavior tracking, segmentation, push notifications and email marketing in one integrated solution.

CONS: UI could be more friendly, but generally everything is great!
