What are the best aspects of this product?

We focus more on email campaigns and the way that the editor is built allows us to easily create and customise our templates. A non-technical person can also create successful campaigns. Also we can create several email lists with automation options. Another feature we like and also use a lot is the landing pages in order to connect with our customers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
