What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the best things about this product is that we can integrate it into our current eCommerce platform to create targeted campaigns based on our customers' activities. Some of the campaigns we've launched through ContactPigeon include cart abandonment emails and sales reminders.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The interface can be convoluted with processes and reports - a design update would be much appreciated.

ContactPigeon is an exciting tool to use to engage with our customer base. Through it, we can easily connect with users in almost real-time based on their movement throughout our website. It has also introduced us to features such as QR code integrations.
