What are the best aspects of this product?
We've been using ContactPigeon for over 2 years and have been extremely happy with it. It's exceptionally powerful yet easy to use tool for engaging online visitors and customers across their various stages of acquisition. The platform packs a ton of features such as dynamic popups, behavior tracking, segmentation, push notifications and email marketing in one integrated solution.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
UI could be more friendly, but generally everything is great!

We wanted to better engage customers beyond the 1st visit and service booked, ContactPigeon is tremendously helpful in designing campaigns that continue to communicate with those audiences with personalized messages in order to increase retentions.
