What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The robustness of ContactPigeon's features means that getting started takes a bit of effort and planning to get it going. You will need a well thought out visitor workflow - as all good campaigns need - with content and design that appeals. The good thing is that ContactPigeon has a team of experienced customer success consultants and designers who can help us execute many of the ideas.
