PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

- Its eCommerce automations really work. It only took a few days to start generating sales.
- It can be quite sophisticated allowing us to run more complex experiments
- Very friendly and effective support team

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

- UI could be a little better.
We really don't care that much though. Since it brings more and more sales that's all that matters.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The more automated it becomes the better so maybe some BI (Business Intelligence) recommendations based on my store's data/KPIs, would help us a lot.

We use it so far for:
- Triggered Email Automations
- Email Marketing Campaigns

We are also trying the new Landing Page feature these days...
