What are the best aspects of this product?
Captures contacts incredibly fast, due the fact that I connected it to my Android phone. This way, I never let a new contact slip through the crack, and I have them automatically logged in after talking to them. To be completely fair, I'm not doing anything, Contactually is doing my job! Right because I managed to connect it to my phone, I have all contacts listed, and I don't have to look for them, which makes Contactually pretty much a personal assistant to rely on. Lovable, isn't it?
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Their emailing feature is a bit different than Outlook, and it confuses me. I have the plug in they recommended, but it doesn't help too much with the templates. I feel like I can't make the most of the funnels, even if I haven't explored most of it yet. Summing up, I need to work a bit more on automation, we're just introducing a CRM to our business and we don't really know how to integrate all of our processes. Still, that's our problem and Contactually has nothing to do with it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The main service this CRM is providing for us is mass communication, and follow-up reminders. Having a template for every email saves plenty of work too.
