What are the best aspects of this product?
Remember when was the last time you communicated with all of your clients? I bet you don't, but the good news is that Contactually does! It is where all of your contacts are stored, at your fingertips for any type of message or information. They are organized in buckets, enriched with the so-called bucket game feature that keeps the buckets clean and efficients (automated updating, for instance). I have few buckets at the moment (Past Clients, Current Clients, and Mortgage Lenders), and I'm working on the Future Clients one. It's so much fun!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The looks are a bit outdated, they could at least change few templates to make it more up to date. I dislike the contact pictures too, they're too small for me to see on the phone. Otherwise, it is the CRM of all CRMs, and I promise you that it is very efficient!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It was scary for me to discover how many people I let 'fall through the cracks' easily, just because I wasn't organized, and didn't have time to do my work properly. I've been using Contactually for only few months, and you wouldn't believe the improvement! No one can slip through my fingers anymore!
