What are the best aspects of this product?
Its magnificent integration with social media imports my entire contact information, and combines it in a practical list of contacts. While this may sound too simple to some of you, it is in fact a complex process not many CRMs can complete efficiently. What if I told you that Contactually will even update your database at the same time a contact is updating it on his social media profile? My favorite part is LinkedIn integration, that's really useful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The ScaleMail feature is somehow strange, sometimes I like it a lot, but other times it annoys me because sending bulk messages results in losing data, and I don't know if my Internet marketing is functioning, and which feature is not. When an individual message is sent, I don't even know that, the system is not notifying me!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I work with a 3000 + database, a total mess of private and professional contacts that weren't organized properly for decades. Still, they're not contacts I've given up, and I want to maintain my communication with them. I need to know exactly where they are, and to send them the right message at the right time, and Contactually really helps me do it.
