So, this is how Contactually works: You install it, gather contacts from all its social integrations, sort them out in few different buckets, and contact them. The benefit of this program is that useful information is stored in one database, and you can access it any time to send contacts messages, and to stay in contact with them.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I had a daunting experience sorting contacts out before, so my only complaint is that I didn't discover this program earlier. I would have saved so much time and stress!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
As I said, my problem was to keep leads, contacts, and partners in one place, and to contact them all together. Contactually helps us understand how far we've gotten, and in which sphere our influence is strongest (proud to say: 70%!). With so many leads in the funnel, we have difficulties controlling them, following them up, or simply pushing deals ahead in the pipeline. We're a big team, and we take advantage of Contactually's capacity to keep us all on track, always on time and on duty without asking each other who is supposed to do what. Observing our contacts day-to-day has increased our referral business, something that wouldn't have happened without Contactually on board. Generally, the benefits are organization and time-management.
