What are the best aspects of this product?
CRMs are not about collecting contacts, but about grouping them to help you send messages to multiple contacts at once. Not many programs can do that automatically, but Contactually can. You reply with premade templates, and the automated follow ups systemize my processes and allow me to communicate with every party relevant to my business. It is integrated with Gmail and MailChimp, meaning that almost every contact becomes accessible for you.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When I try to share contacts with other users, or to add users in general, the process feels somehow artificial, as if it was not planned at the first place. Does the job and buckets are still shared, but in a very slow manner, the same as when I'm updating my own permissions. Another thing I mind is the app, I think it leaves a lot to desire.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Grouping stakeholders, and maintaining communication with them. I'm benefiting significantly from the Gmail integration, I can't explain you just how useful that is to me.
