What are the best aspects of this product?

The platform is easy to use. We use the platform to source freelance talent, partner on content needs and also leverage the payment services for freelance talent we onboard. There are additional services offered that we have not even started to use.
I also can't say enough about the account team - great group of people to partner with.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A good year or two ago, there were kinks in the accounting system that didn't quite mesh with our accounting/recording keeping. And last year, the company made great strides to rectify the issue. And so far, all has been going well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our continued need is having enough freelance writers to maintain our publishing needs. We consistently rely on Contently and their network to bridge that gap.
