What are the best aspects of this product?
What's the most impressive to me is that ContactWorks can create reports that include critical details such as which documents or contracts are nearing expiry dates and enable users to set email notifications before a document's expiration.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have no qualms about the product. Whenever we submit suggestions for features, they always take the time to look at it and then implement some elements of our suggestions. It's hard to dislike a constantly improving product.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
ContactWorks is a sophisticated, intuitive product that greatly simplifies the way we manage out documents. We were looking for a product with which we can create defined database to keep track of documents with varying validity periods (eg Tax - W8s, Legal - LPAs, Compliance - KYC docs etc). ContactWorks simply delivers what we need and more.
