It is not quite expensive, which is already a huge plus. On top of that, it offers simple implementation and allows unlimited users too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing specific about ContactWorks that I don't like. Sure it doesn' do everything and we prefer it that way.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ContactWorks delivers a lightweight and cheap contract archiving solution that I needed badly to help me secure all of my contracts. I don't have to worry about maintenance nor do I have to spend hours searching for documents I need.
