What are the best aspects of this product?

The solution is quite easy to use and doesn't require a lot to get acquainted with the system. The customization options allow the software to be easily implemented by various businesses in different industries. The customizations also make it easy for users to get the information they need and generate awesome reports.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am a bit disappointed that I can't create tags by department. I'd rather my tags be more specific as it's easy to miss and accidentally create duplicate tags if we use an overall pool where we choose the tags we want to use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We want to go paperless storing and ContactWorks gives us that platform where we can securely store all documents electronically.
