What are the best aspects of this product?

Using copper is very intuitive. I communicate with my colleagues in just a few clicks, sans the calls and texting.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven't dealt with an issue with Copper, and I hope I won't ever. I just wish I could be more tech-savvy so I can optimize my use of the platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The sales process feature and the ability to track all aspects of operations is a big help to managing our small company.
