What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm quite a micromanager that I like being in the know of everything happening in the company, down to how an employee promoted our product. I never thought such would be possible until we used Copper. I get to see how the entire conversation between employees and clients went.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Zero issues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There is better coordination within our team, thanks to Copper. Aside from improved communication, all processes have become easier to handle.
