What are the best aspects of this product?

I am impressed that it can connect with Gmail, unlike any other CRM platforms I have used.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The set deadline for all kinds of tasks is in one day, which is much shorter than my one-week standard deadline. I hope it doesn't go into default that way as I have to go through a very tedious process of editing the task details EVERYTIME!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's great for someone like me who handles multiple accounts. In a single platform, I can reach out to clients and be reminded of what point of negotiations we are.
