What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that I am given a wide range of options on which of my regularly used platforms I can access Copper, like through my Gmail where I can access contacts, messages, and my calendar schedule
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
While I enjoy its integration with Gmail, I hate that there are some connection errors and I have to do the entire login process again. I would also appreciate it if the widgets could be more flexible and customizable.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being able to view our pipeline is important for us to make growth-inspiring decisions. Copper helps us gather these reports very neatly and allows access to everyday platforms like Gmail, among others. I am also very pleased with its mobile app version which helps me put up reminders very easily.
