Great even for small businesses!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I had a good first impression of Copper from just its pipeline layout which was very clean. The pipeline has access to conversion opportunities across the internet.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope it could link well with other mobile apps since I work using my phone more often. A daily accurate report on our progress would also be of great help.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our business is beginning to grow but we still don't have enough manpower to take over and manage all the deals and inquiries we've been inundated with. We're very lucky to have come across an easy access CRM platform like Copper.
