Makes managing efficient

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the centralization of it all, the fact that I can access all accounts and get detailed information on each of their progress is amazing. I have never seen any platform that organizes data this neatly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We had had issues on system slowdowns but Copper addressed this immediately and their response just made me think more positively of Copper.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The ease of managing is the ultimate takeaway for me. I can assign tasks and trust that the system could relay them properly.
