My amazing experience with Copper

What are the best aspects of this product?

When we heard Copper could integrate with the whole of G-suite, we instantly purchased it. We are very pleased that our operations are made more cost-effective. Delegating tasks to employees is much easier.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope the platform could be more user-friendly. For my team, it took us more than a month to learn its ins and outs. Copper would also be better if it could offer features that are not part of the actual sale, such as sales targeting.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Copper cut the need to designate an entire team to manage sales and monitor progress with easy-to-grasp visualization reports.
