What are the best aspects of this product?

Copper streamlined several processes within our operations. Setting it up to be tailor-fit into our systems was trouble-free. It also integrated well with other everyday platforms like Gmail. Since my team and I work remotely, Copper provided the perfect avenue to communicate and work on projects like we were literally side-by-side with each other.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some features I suggest Copper remove because of their uselessness, perhaps at least in our operations.

Its visualization of important figures helped us easily determine the status of our operations and draw up decisions more easily. It was also helpful in our designing of streamlined workflows in providing each other with progress updates.
