What are the best aspects of this product?

I already had a positive vibe with Copper as early as when I was setting it up because doing so was easy. My judgment proved to be right when I realized as engaging in more fieldwork more than ever, gaining more learnings while still able to monitor whatever is happening in the office as far as sales are concerned.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hate that it required setting up of applications to invite participants into my calendar.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Copper is very fitting for small businesses that would like to try the feels of a centralized management platform at a low price point.
