What are the best aspects of this product?

This product is robust and reliable and it offers lot of possibilities. I like that the team behind Cornerstone is always open to feedback, and the other good thing about this product is that you can always find online help, user guides, forums or you can even call their support team and get their answer in less than 5 min. We have lot of customers who like the Performance Goals feature and our managers keep track of annual reviews and periodic goal reviews within the system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have seen that they release new updates on a quarterly basis and this means that all that is new and updated can take time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use its Learning, Connect, Performance and Succession modules and these modules helped us to streamiline our process.
