It is none like any other CRM tools in the market. Cosential offers reliable and effective solutions for those in my field. This is attributed by the fact that it was developed by professionals who are expert in my field. With that said, they enable the tool with the required features to know which data to gather, track, and analyze for reporting purposes. On top of that, new features are being introduced through its constant updates, which set to solve the evolving issues users face in the ever changing industry. You can generate reports from the database after analysis, depending on what you want, with ease.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is not all perfect when you are using thus tool for your data management needs. This is especially the case if it is your first time to use it. The reporting feature can be robust for any beginner and this brings about the incorrect use of this functionality. In most cases, you may not use this feature because you do not understand it which can be disappointing. At the moment, I am in the real estate industry which is not perfectly in line with the AEC industry. As a result, there are few unique features which are missing and it would be better if the developers of this product included them. They include property and asset management, and project development modules for my business needs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to track and monitor the progress of our proposals which is essential when we want to present that data or report to our supervisors. During this process, we can analyze that data and calculate the win and loss ratios for those proposals which makes everything simple. Information in the Cosential database is stored securely and can be retrieved whenever you need it. This form of database helps you to organize such data in a way that you will be able to know which one to pull up. Most of this data which is currently not being used for current projects can be pulled up in future to help with future projects.
