Pros: We are in the architectural industry and this tool is specifically designed for that purpose. This is a rare CRM tool and we are lucky to have it with us. As new users, we were assigned Jan and Lisa as our account managers to help us every step of the way in implementation of the tool. The experience was none like other as they showed us the way and that is how we were able to get started quickly. Everything was easy thanks to their efforts to help and guide us where we faced problems. Our company is made up of 250 staff members who work remotely across 7 offices country wide. Managing such a team requires a software that offers seamless support and that is what we found in Cosential.
Cons: There are bugs which you would expect in a product that is yet to be fully developed such as Cosential. There is still much work to be done to streamline those glitches. For example, when moving from one module or screen to the other, you will see or experience those bugs. Any attentive person will find out that something is not right with it. Also, it is visible that there is a mix of old and new interfaces being used in the system which signifies that they are in the testing stages of the developmental process of the tool. The live chat feature should be available for immediate feedback on minor issues you face while using the product.

Pros: We get seamless support for our marketing needs. Be it the contacts of clients, marketing, project and staff information, all can be accessed from one place which makes it easy to manage and execute our duties. When we are faced with sues while using the product, their customer support is top notch. We were assigned account managers, Dianna and Christina, to help us anytime we have issues and they have not disappointed us so far. The company is dedicated to making sure that its users get the best experience as they offer quality support on the same.
Cons: There is less to talk about when it comes to what I dislike about this tool. It has come to help us with many issues, which we thought we could not solve. However, the fact that it is web-based makes limits the users in terms of how fast they can process or load data. This can sometimes be frustrating when you have a lot of data to process in the system. On the contrary, the web-based solution is not all bad as you can access it from anywhere provided you are connected to the internet. This makes your work easier as you can manage data and contacts of your clients irrespective of where you are.
