Pros:
It has been more than 10 years that I have worked with Cosential. Over these years I have faced the highs and lows the tool has to offer. Now and then I refer clients to this tool but let them know that it also has its flaws. In my view, it is the best in the AEC industry and that is what I preach all over. I started as a marketing coordinator where I used Cosential to manage campaigns and information in that line in a construction company. After 5 years I became a CRM manager where they were using CMiC application for their account. This application integrated well with Cosential for analysis purposes. In the CRM role, this tool was able to store data in one place while it manages data from different offices remotely located. Today, I use Cosential to manage workload and marketing campaigns for my consulting business which has been bliss.

Cons:
It can be hectic to navigate as it has multiple options for modules. If such modules are activated, it will send a wave of confusion to your users. Luckily, you can solve this problem by activating or focusing the modules your users need at the time. Although you have an account manager, it is still difficult to get started with this tool. Remember that the account manager will not do everything for you as their work is to guide. This means that you have to complete some of the things on your own, once given the direction to take. However, with time of consistency and learning, you will get the hang of things. A while back, their customer service was not that responsive but they have since made this better in the current years.

Pros:
We get seamless support for our marketing needs. Be it the contacts of clients, marketing, project and staff information, all can be accessed from one place which makes it easy to manage and execute our duties. When we are faced with sues while using the product, their customer support is top notch. We were assigned account managers, Dianna and Christina, to help us anytime we have issues and they have not disappointed us so far. The company is dedicated to making sure that its users get the best experience as they offer quality support on the same.

Cons:
There is less to talk about when it comes to what I dislike about this tool. It has come to help us with many issues, which we thought we could not solve. However, the fact that it is web-based makes limits the users in terms of how fast they can process or load data. This can sometimes be frustrating when you have a lot of data to process in the system. On the contrary, the web-based solution is not all bad as you can access it from anywhere provided you are connected to the internet. This makes your work easier as you can manage data and contacts of your clients irrespective of where you are.
