Cosential has become that tool and more. It is flexible when it comes to adding data or a piece of information that you will need to recall at a future date. It helps you to analyze the data you have already stored in the system for your reporting needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At first, there were problems with loading of data. This became a disappointing trend where you had to wait for long for data to load. This issue was there when entering data into the system and also when you want to pull up the same data from the system. However, we have seen changes with how data loads in the past half a year. The developers are working hand in hand with users of this product to ensure that speed is maintained a higher level for faster and efficient service delivery.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before this, we used to keep it to ourselves in terms of the ideas, information about the projects we undertake and the like. There was a great risk to this as one staff member could leave us or simply forget. As a result, it was risky depending on the human brain to remember or store such data as it could be lost forever. With Cosential we were able to store that data about the projects we undertake and clients, among others, in a uniform and organized way. Whenever you want to pull up data from the system, you can do so with ease. This proved to be a great deal on our part.
