What are the best aspects of this product?

We cannot complain with this tool. It has become a rare hope for our data management and analysis needs. When we made the first stop on Cosential, it was the warm welcome which changed everything. The support was amazing as the customer support went with us through this journey. From setting up the program to customizing to our business needs, we got all that. For long, we have been looking for a CRM program that will be able to satisfy the objectives e have set in terms of managing our database. Everything has been smooth since implementing this tool for our business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although customizable in the better part of it, it is not fully customizable. This limits us in some way is if it was fully customized, we could be able to utilize those features that are not customizable. The idea is to make it easy or u to use the tool based on our tracking needs. Despite that small issue, we are happy with this tool. Our tracking of activities and data has been seamless and we are in a better position thanks to Cosential. We understand that no software out there is perfect and that is why we are willing to take some of the flaws this product has as the benefits outweigh them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has been able to greatly increase the visibility of our marketing campaigns. On the dashboard, you can access the charts and graphs to see where you are with your campaign. This form of visibility has made things easier on our part as we can track that progress in real time. The notifications are automated which brings about efficiency and eliminates delays when it comes to taking action. Using the workflow system, the notifications automatically indicate when a new proposal has come up where I can notify the team directly as soon as it happens for quick and efficient action. Everything is easier, organized and more manageable now that we have Cosential.
