What are the best aspects of this product?

We get seamless support for our marketing needs. Be it the contacts of clients, marketing, project and staff information, all can be accessed from one place which makes it easy to manage and execute our duties. When we are faced with sues while using the product, their customer support is top notch. We were assigned account managers, Dianna and Christina, to help us anytime we have issues and they have not disappointed us so far. The company is dedicated to making sure that its users get the best experience as they offer quality support on the same.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is less to talk about when it comes to what I dislike about this tool. It has come to help us with many issues, which we thought we could not solve. However, the fact that it is web-based makes limits the users in terms of how fast they can process or load data. This can sometimes be frustrating when you have a lot of data to process in the system. On the contrary, the web-based solution is not all bad as you can access it from anywhere provided you are connected to the internet. This makes your work easier as you can manage data and contacts of your clients irrespective of where you are.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our staff members work in different offices remotely. Managing what they do and how they are handling the different projects they are undertaking can be a tough thing to do. However, Cosential has made this possible us. Different staff members can login to the system and share ideas while working remotely on the same project. This form of collaboration helps us to be on the same page when it comes to undertaking a project. We can work fast and brainstorm on the best way to go forward before we can implement an idea at hand. All this can be done from a single location which makes our work easier.
