What are the best aspects of this product?
Coupa offers a fast track and a win-win solution for our employees and clients. Requests are made in real-time, and approvals can be done using your mobile phone. Also, employees love it because of its attractive looking and easy to use interface.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Currently, I can say that Coupa is working perfectly in the office. All requests and reports are being processed smoothly. Plus most of the suppliers are happy with the new system, so I guess that Coupa is doing a commendable job.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Buying office supplies has never been this easy. I like Coupa so much because transacting with multiple suppliers is now made smoother. I now seldom experience any significant problems that are related to procurement.
