Coupa is way better than what I’ve been using before.

There is no need to invest in other platforms to meet our supply needs. Coupa can give you everything that you need without spending too much time ordering what your company needs and wants.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes it undergoes system issues without giving us any heads up. You'll end up reprocessing all of your orders because it won't push through.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Taking charge of procurement with hundreds of vendors used to be very overwhelming for me. Coupa helped me create a system that works for the majority of the employees.
