What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like about this software is that it allows me to customize the platform to make it more comfortable to navigate. I can easily place all my orders and communicate seamlessly with all suppliers. Plus handling account payables are now done more straightforwardly because everything is under one single platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I always am having a hard time tracking online receipts and invoices using Coupa. I always end up asking for help whenever I need to look into past invoices which make me feel frustrated. Other than that I'm quite satisfied with the product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can complete all my purchase requests in less than one day each week. I can easily keep track of every department's expenditure and make adjustments whenever needed. Also, its easier to manage our accounts payable for us to maintain a good credit standing with our suppliers.
