For me, Coupa is one of the smartest procurement software ever developed.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It took me some time to get the hang of things while using Coupa. It's not that simple but not that complex either. I did a lot of self-study, and I'm proud to say that I've learned so many things by using Coupa, that's why it's worth buying.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is not recommended for novice users because of its complexity. Give yourself more time to master the ins and outs of Coupla. Hopefully, the developer can find ways to create shortcuts on certain things to encourage more employees to use the platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We don't have to worry about losing most of our records and paperwork because Coupa has it covered. It's capable of storing receipts and POs within the platform. Should I need to verify some information, I know exactly where to find things.
