What are the best aspects of this product?
Before using Coupa, we do our procurement the old fashioned way through traditional phone calls, fax, and excel sheets. This process takes time to complete like weeks or months. I'm thankful for Coupa because we can purchase our supplies using one single platform. Besides its so easy to use because it's very similar to online shopping where you can add items directly into your cart. All I need to do is approve POs so the suppliers can process the transaction on their end.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be greatly appreciated if they can find ways to make shopping more comfortable for all users. For instance, the lines on a particular cart cannot be transferred to another shopping cart, so I have to create one from scratch. Also changing the items on my cart is quite challenging. I have to do it manually, which is quite tasking on my end since I'm usually dealing with large quantities.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I now work on my procurement requests faster than before. The application allows me to save shopping carts, so I can show it to my boss and colleagues before finalizing the order.
