What are the best aspects of this product?
I was using a different platform for procurement before Coupa. I find Coupa very user-friendly plus, it is easy to integrate it with several third-party applications within the same platform. I think that will be a loyal customer of this product for a very long time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I'm having some issues regarding a few modules that are included in the platform. I've raised concerns with regards to fixed assets, and support told me that they are trying to fix things on the backend. Sometimes I do struggle with managing inventory, but I'm finding ways to cope with it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Upon implementation of Coupa, I slowly made changes to our current processes. I got rid of manual procurement requests and made sure that everything is done through the platform. It's easier to manage plus we no longer encounter issues about lost or misplaced documents. I'm glad that most employees appreciate this change.
