What are the best aspects of this product?

Despite our lack of knowledge with web design, we were able to set-up our website in a snap. It is also very easy to add items to our site.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I suggest an automatic calculation of international shipping. Also, if possible I'd like to create forms in Cratejoy itself instead of Mailchimp.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to create a functioning site without prior knowledge in web design.
