Cratejoy Review

PROS: I am in love with Cratejoy, It is super easy to use and integrates with other applications without any hassle. It also allowed me to reach my first subscribers through the market place.

CONS: I hope they can add a chatbox for my clients so I can communicate with them in an easier manner. Communicating via email can be a bit slow.

PROS: The system works out of the box and you get access to a sizable marketplace of customers.

CONS: This company is not transparent about the fees you pay. I signed up under false pretenses and lost about $2000 in revenue by using their services. Also, they have pretty basic functionality. If you are going to bother with custom coding, just build your own system that does what you want without the middleman.

PROS: From the get-go, Cratejoy already has everything set up for us. We easily integrated the subscription-based model to MailChimp and ShipStation.

CONS: We hope they could also have a feature where we can customize the website's design. We had to hire another company to create a new design for the website.

PROS: Cratejoy is the best of the best in subscription service. If you are also looking for a system to set you up in this type of business, Cratejoy is the one for you.

CONS: I think that their market place needs more improvement especially in terms of reach.

PROS: Cratejoy has a user-friendly interface we can easily use to build a website and track orders.

CONS: Like any other system, it has its limitations. But it is not too big that it bothers our work flow.

PROS: Cratejoy has a very accomodating customer service who is very much willing to help us through the knitty gritty of their system. As a result, we were able to easily start my website and listing.

CONS: I think if they could offer a lower rate for their service, Cratejoy will be perfect.

PROS: I was able to set-up and launch my site in just a few days. API integrations to 3rd party tools are also easy.

CONS: I have three suggestions for Cratejoy: lower the price; add more customizable features; speed up batch update renewal.

PROS: Cratejoy is an all-in-one platform that has everything I need. From website templates to tracking bills and postage, the platform has this.

CONS: I would love it if there are more options for website templates. I want to be able to choose from more fonts and formats.

PROS: Cratejoy is very hands-on with its clients. They helped me a lot in creating my own subscription box.

CONS: It has no issues whatsoever. It's perfect so far.

PROS: It was super easy for us to make a subscription box, add themes, and keep track of all our subscribers.

CONS: I'd prefer Cratejoy if it was free, but I gotta say that the payment was worth it.

PROS: I love the ease of set-up. I don't have the background in creating websites and I was able to do this easily. I also love their customer support. They will really guide you as you create your site. And finally, I love the marketplace. It is now an integral part of my business.

CONS: I think that the price of the system is quite high. Also, the Facebook community of Cratejoy can be unhelpful at times.

PROS: Despite our lack of knowledge with web design, we were able to set-up our website in a snap. It is also very easy to add items to our site.

CONS: I suggest an automatic calculation of international shipping. Also, if possible I'd like to create forms in Cratejoy itself instead of Mailchimp.

PROS: No technical expertise needed. Very easy to use and it will walk you through everything.

CONS: I have no problems with Cratejoy. It is simply wonderful!

PROS: Cratejoy is super easy to use with its intuitive interface. The support team is also very helpful. I was able to set-up everything in a couple of days.

CONS: There were times when Cratejoy changed our marketplace without permission. As a result, our clients were misinformed about certain promotions. We'd appreciate it if this was resolved as soon as possible.

PROS: I am very amazed with Cratejoy. You simply have to follow their instructions and you’re ready to receive subscriptions, payments, and reviews. Everything ran so smoothly without us breaking a sweat.

CONS: I hope they could improve their subscription messages.
