What are the best aspects of this product?
The system works out of the box and you get access to a sizable marketplace of customers.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
This company is not transparent about the fees you pay. I signed up under false pretenses and lost about $2000 in revenue by using their services. Also, they have pretty basic functionality. If you are going to bother with custom coding, just build your own system that does what you want without the middleman.

We still use it. I just wanted access to another marketplace.
Are you satisfied with the change?
Absolutely not. At the lower fee structure, the experience has been ok. We gained about 10% of our subscribers through Cratejoy but at the higher rate, it's a worthless service.
