Really easy to use especially for startup

What are the best aspects of this product?

Cratejoy has a very accomodating customer service who is very much willing to help us through the knitty gritty of their system. As a result, we were able to easily start my website and listing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think if they could offer a lower rate for their service, Cratejoy will be perfect.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Cratejoy helped with keeping track of all my customers' records. This saved me a great deal of time as I don't have to manually log their information anymore.
