What are the best aspects of this product?

Cratejoy is super easy to use with its intuitive interface. The support team is also very helpful. I was able to set-up everything in a couple of days.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There were times when Cratejoy changed our marketplace without permission. As a result, our clients were misinformed about certain promotions. We'd appreciate it if this was resolved as soon as possible.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I saved a lot of money with Cratejoy as I didn't have to hire a professional web developer to set up my website. It has also made it easier for us to organize our clients.
