What are the best aspects of this product?

I am in love with Cratejoy, It is super easy to use and integrates with other applications without any hassle. It also allowed me to reach my first subscribers through the market place.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope they can add a chatbox for my clients so I can communicate with them in an easier manner. Communicating via email can be a bit slow.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can now do all my tasks on a single platform. I don't have to download separate applications to accomplish all my workload.
